Terms of Trade:
You must be at least 18 years old to shop with us. If you do not meet this requirement, you may not shop on our webshop, and we can never be held liable for any damages resulting from illegal or improper use of our products. All products on www.herbz.dk must be kept out of reach of anyone under the age of 18.
Product names are fictional and used solely for marketing purposes. Our products represent different phenotypes of EU-approved hemp varieties, which cannot and should not be equated with illegal cannabis.
We do not sell CBD products as medicine, but rather as cosmetics, gifts, and souvenirs containing under 0.2% THC, as permitted under Danish law. There is no evidence that our products can be used as a treatment. We emphasize that CBD products are not medicine and therefore cannot diagnose, treat, or cure diseases.
Discounts
Please note that discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
PAYMENT
We accept online payments with: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay, VISA Electron
Payment will only be deducted from your account once the physical item has been shipped or the virtual product has been created.
For payments made with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with your card's terms until we deduct or decline the payment.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark - Kroner (DKK)
SHIPPING
- The delivery time for your order is 1 - 3 business days.
- Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day
- Delivery area: We deliver throughout Denmark
Shipping rates:
- Bring - Parcel Shop: Free on orders over 499 DKK, otherwise 49 DKK
- Bring - Home Delivery: Free on orders over 499 DKK, otherwise: 59 DKK
- You will always receive a track-and-trace number, so you can follow your package all the way from our warehouse to your door.
Refund of Purchase Amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof that you have returned it.
We only accept packages sent directly to the address.
COMPLAINTS
To file a complaint, please contact us via email at mail@herbz.dk. Remember to mention the product and the website where you purchased the item.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.
You can file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus (Link).
For EU citizens outside Denmark, complaints must be submitted via the European Commission's online complaint platform.
